By using Encrypted Network, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violate any applicable laws of the United States or the jurisdictions in which our services operate.
• Transmit illegal, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Send unsolicited advertisements or spam.
• Disrupt or interfere with other users’ access to the service.
• Attempt to DDoS, exploit, hack, or otherwise interfere with the network.
• Distribute copyrighted material without proper authorization.
• Upload or distribute content involving sexual or explicit depictions of minors.
• Impersonate Encrypted Network staff or representatives.
• Intentionally spread false or misleading information about our services.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software.
• Resell services without an approved reseller agreement.
• Assist others in violating these Terms of Service.
• Access or probe systems without authorization.
• Compile or distribute IP address lists associated with Encrypted Network.

Refund Policy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity conducted under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Encrypted Network immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

Encrypted Network aims to provide a reliable and secure service to all users. Any misuse of our services, including violations of our Terms of Service or applicable laws, is strictly prohibited.

To protect our infrastructure and customers, Encrypted Network reserves the right to take corrective action—including account termination—when services are used in violation of our policies. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

• Violation of any rule outlined in our Terms of Service
• Participation in or facilitation of DDoS attacks
• Hosting illegal content or attacking our network
• Any behavior deemed abusive or harmful
